Future Jobs get underway

Thanks to the Rhyl City Strategy Future Jobs scheme RYAG have been able to secure 37 new jobs for young people over the next 18 months, with the first 6 now employed under our construction programme we look forward to a brighter future for local young people seeking local employment.
All RYAG's jobs are trainee posts, with those young people being employed by our group also recieving training to enhance their future employablity.

RYAG will be employing the following:

construction workers
admin workers
youth / community workers
IT Support workers
catering workers

  1. Well done RYAG. We need more organisations in the town to do the same thing as the opportunities locally are immense given the wealth of experience and knowledge that the third sector groups have. Over the last 12 months we know that across Denbighshire the third sector has helped 750 people back into part or full time work. Everyone says that volunteering is one area that can provide a springbaord back into employment give the range of skills on offer. Maybe this time next year we will be able to report that Third Sector in Rhyl has helped 250 plus people back into work.
