First Minister Rhodri Morgan and Jane Hutt Minister for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills attending the launch of the HUB on Friday 17th July 2009.
With over 90 guests attending and the premier of the HUB DVD the event wasnt spoiled by Rhyl's amazing weather.
As the picture below shows the cake cut by the First Minister, Wynne and Aldo to celebrate the opening! it didnt last long though!!
